Today I am sharing with you The @liketoknow.it #itstartedwithascreenshot Wall + A $1000 Nordstrom Giveaway. You may have seen rewardStyle’s #StartedWithAScreenshot he(art) wall activation at SXSW in Austin, Texas to celebrate the launch of the new LIKEtoKNOW.it app. That wall was the first in a custom art wall series. And now Dallas has commissioned artist Alli K to design and paint a mural that will live in Dallas all summer long at the Standard Pour on McKinney. This new he(art) mural wall is now finished and anyone is allowed to head down there and take photos in front of it. It’s definitely a must see and while you’re there you should of course order ‘the screenshot’ cocktail as well because its so yummy and refreshingly delicious. You might also remember the last time I did a feature on this navy lace top by Self-Portrait blouse ‘VELVET PANTS WITH STATEMENT TOP + $1000 NORDSTROM GIVEAWAY‘. Today when I was scheduled to shoot at the wall of course it was pouring down rain. But I’m always up for some fun and making lemons out of lemonade. And guess what? I had the best time! I felt like a kid again and was completely soaking wet by the time we got the shot.
I am wearing a top by one of my favorite brands Self-Portrait. Its called the Star Repeat Short-Sleeve Top (also here & similar for less here). And I am also wearing a new pair of cropped flares that I will be wearing throughout the summer. They are called the Fleetwood Crop Flare by Citizens of Humanity (similar for less here). I finished off my look with my Topshop Rome Fabric Knot Mules that are less than a $100 (similar pair here).
