WHEN IN DOUBT GRAB A RAVISHING RUFFLE + THE $500 NORSTROM GIVEAWAY BEGINS
Not sure about you but ruffles of any type simply make me happy. When it comes to deciding what I’m going to wear for the next GNO, date night or lunch with friends I always gravitate towards something chic and timeless. Nothing says I’m ready to have a good time like wearing ruffles. This ravishing ruffle blouse that also comes in a gorgeous olive green is one of my newest favorites. And the best part? It doesn’t wrinkle easily and is perfect for your next summer trip. My Ivanka Ruffle Trim Blouse (top also comes in olive green as well) is the perfect addition to your summer wardrobe. This ravishing ruffle blouse will no doubt be a staple in your closet for years to come. The quality and fit of this ruffle blouse is impeccable and the fabric is a year round fabric that is very versatile and can be paired with denim (like I have here), a skirt and even a nice pair of pants as well. In these shots I am wearing an XS in this blouse but I think a small would have actually fit slightly better and given me a little more room throughout the shoulders and back area. So I would suggest purchasing your normal size in this blouse and don’t size down like did. I found that it did not run as large as my bell-sleeved blouse did in my previous post. Veronica Beard Faye High-Waist Skinny Ankle Jeans (jeans also found here & similar denim found here for less) are my latest denim purchase and I cannot love them anymore! I was needing a new denim that was slightly more chic (no rips or tears) and less casual. But by no means are they just a boring blue denim these have whisking and fading in all the right places. Notice how the center line is more faded and the outside is darker in color. This makes you appear slimmer and longer throughout your legs and hips. They also are a high-rise denim that make you look taller as well as well. The fit runs TTS I am wearing a size 26. I also love how they don’t lose their shape after a lot of wear. I’ve paired my ravishing ruffle blouse and denim with my favorite Dolce Vita Summer Espadrillle Wedge (also found here for less & another wedge option here & another espadrille that I own here as well) that could not be more comfortable and the best part is it costs less than $80 and comes in 5 beautiful colors all perfect for summer.
Plus if you haven’t purchased a round straw tote for summer yet then I must tell you that this is THE BAG OF THE SUMMER! My new Capri Tote by Etienne Aigner is a recent addition to my closet and may be my favorite bag for summer. It is currently sold out but I have found several similar bags for you here, here, here and here. These bag are on trend and I just love the multi-purpose aspect of them. Most are not only a tote but also a crossbody bag as well.
