SSS WELCOME’S VERONICA BEARD TO DALLAS TONIGHT
I was beyond thrilled when I heard that the gorgeous design duo of Veronica Beard was finally opening a stand alone store in Highland Park Village in Dallas, Texas. The Veronica’s are sister-in-laws and Veronica Beard has always been known for their jacket’s. And today I’m sharing with you the Veronica Beard Double-Breasted Herringbone Blazer. Whether it be her most coveted blazer with attached dickey combo, bomber or leather jacket. As you recall I just attended NYFW ’17 and the one thing that I was so sad about missing this year was the Veronica Beard Fashion Presentation. For we left one day before their event. Last year you might remember I attended the opening and Fashion Presentation at the Veronica Beard Madison Avenue Store (shown here) and it was truly unforgettable!
The Veronica’s are not only gorgeous but they are truly one of my favorite designers. Each year their sportswear designs show off their modern perspective on all the classics. What they are consistently known for by all is the quality, workmanship, and fit of their garments. Their tailoring is superb and so very flattering on all shapes and sizes.
Sisters-in-law who share a name and an eponymous brand, Veronica Swanson Beard and Veronica Miele Beard melded backgrounds in finance and fashion to launch in 2010 with their signature Dickey Blazer. Veronica Beard is built on dressing women Monday through Friday in the sort of sharp, smart separates—dresses, tops, trousers, jackets, and more—that carry over into the weekend. These 2013 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalists bring their own personalities to the collection: Veronica Swanson Beard possesses a classic sensibility; Veronica Miele Beard lends an eclectic edge.
My Veronica Beard Rue Peak-Lapel Double-Breasted Herringbone Blazer is my new favorite, plus if you sign up for their emails you’ll receive 15% off your first purchase (also found here & similar for less here & here). I just love the oversized lapel in luxe silk herringbone that can instantly dresses up any look. And it is of course compatible with all Veronica Beard Dickeys. This is a classic item that will never go out of style and you’ll be throwing it on for decades to come.
Underneath my blazer I chose a beautiful silk tank by Cami NYC The Racer Cami (similar here & here & similar for less here, here & here). Cami NYC is collaborating with Street Style Squad on this post and giving my readers 15% OFF SITE WIDE with any purchases from their website with code: CAMINYC15.
My newest denim obsession are no doubt the uber cool L’Agence High Line Nighttime Jeans (also found here, here & here in blue in denim and here for less). They are high-waisted and cropped (two of my favorites) and oh so flattering and comfortable too! I always have room in my closet for a new, cool, & super fabulous pair of jeans and these L’Agence jeans will no doubt be one of your favorites too…I just know it! I am wearing a size 25 and they do have some stretch to them so I would not size up I actually sized down. Either buy your normal size or size down if between sizes.
I’ve finished off my look with these stunning accessories: Dolce Vita Hendrix Studded Sandal; Gucci Belt With Double G Buckle (also found here); Parpala Margaux Lariat (similar for less here, here , here & here); Prada Mini Curved Leather Crossbody Bag (similar for less here & here); LAGOS Enso Caviar Crossover Ring (same ring but in silver & gold for less & similar for less here); and lastly, my Dior So Real Round Brow Bar Sunglasses (similar for less here).
