Today I’m sharing 12 Ways To Combat Coronavirus + Supplements, Foods, Charities To Support & Much More. The best time to build up your immune system is way before you actually need it. And with over 70% of your immune system living in your gut, whether you want to believe it or not every meal plays a vital role in keeping you healthy or not.

I for one know I do not eat near enough nutrients, fruits and vegetables in my diet as I should. Yes I still drink my mBreakfast Shake every morning but that’s just not enough. You are supposed to have 5 to 9 servings of fruits and veggies a day. So I have to supplement for many of the things that I am lacking.

But I have been trying my best to incorporate more plant-based foods in my diet and less meat. They are rich in antioxidants and fiber plus work to keep your immune system strong. 12 WAYS TO HELP COMBAT CORONAVIRUS:

1. WASH YOUR HANDS: With soap and water for at least 20 seconds and be sure to cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.

2. INCREASE VITAMIN C INTAKE: (Recommended daily dose of Liposomal Vitamin C is 1,000 mg for adults found here & another one found here as well) + (Liposomal Vitamin C for Kids contains a tiny 125 mg capsule found here) for children, 4 years old and older.

3. INCREASE VITAMIN D INTAKE: (Recommend daily maintenance 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 found here) or (D3 + K2 found here).

*based on your current vitamin D3 levels and current vitamin D3 intake from multivitamins and other sources, you may need more vitamin D3 or less.

*as a general guideline, get your vitamin D level tested twice a year, in the winter and summer, to make sure you’re in a healthy range of 60 ng/mL to 80 ng/mL year-round.

The provisional daily dosage suggestions to help control RNA viruses, including Influenza and Coronavirus Infection, are as follows:

Elderberry Extract 600 to 1,500 mg
Lipoic Acid  1,200 to 1,800 mg (in place of ferulic acid)

These type of  interactions, even if they last ten minutes or less, will lift your mood, lower your stress, and help you cope with the anxiety of self-quarantine.
