Chic Blouse, The Perfect Jacket & Best Fitting Denim
With warmer weather on the horizon and spring just around the corner, I thought I would round up some of my favorite pieces for spring. While this chic blouse, jacket & denim are perfect spring must-have essentials for your wardrobe, these pieces will also transition you perfectly into the new season! Mix and match these pieces by wearing them all separately or together like I have done today! Pair the booties with your fave denim shorts, wear the thumbhole top with a skirt for spring and the puff-sleeve jacket over your shoulders with a sundress! And of course you can wear these vintage jeans with just about anything.

FREE PEOPLE TOP:
To dress up the jeans, I paired them with this stunning one shoulder top (blouse found here as well in 11 colors & top also found here) by Free People. The asymmetrical sleeves make it so flattering and unique from any other top you’ll find. Wear this thumbhole top with a skirt for spring for a dressier look or denim shorts for a more casual one. It comes in camel, gray, white, black, mauve, and dark teal (but on the Free People website it comes in 11 different colors). Best part? It’s great quality and only $68! This piece doesn’t run large like most Free People clothes, so if you’re in between sizes, I would recommend sizing up. I’m wearing a small here in these photos in the grey and also own the camel color in small as well. But I first purchased the black color in x-small and afterwards (because I liked it so much) decided to size up in those colors to a small.
RISSA JACKET:
Throw this chic puff-sleeved denim jacket by one of my favorite brands Retrofete (also found here & you might remember me wearing HERE in Black Leather) over your shoulders with your sundress for a date night or GNO or even at the beach on a chilly evening. The Rissa Jacket (found here in black & 4 other colors 3 of which are on MAJOR SALE too) boasts a cropped silhouette with puffed long sleeves that’s perfect for spring and summer. The jacket’s distressed detailing and shredded raw hem provide a contrasting edge to the feminine design. This jacket runs true to size, I’m wearing a small, however, if you want a more oversized fit, size up one size.

MOUSSY JEANS:
These Moussy amazing fitting vintage jeans (jean also found here on sale & jean also found here in darker wash on sale as well & similar pair of Moussy jeans here & similar Moussy jean here in black that I also own and love) are some of my all-time favorites when it comes to Moussy denim! These are actually on sale right now for 30% OFF which is a great deal for denim this high of quality. Since Moussy Jeans are vintage they don’t have very much stretch and they hold they’re shape very well. This is why most people have to size up because they aren’t so stretchy. And best of all since they aren’t too stretchy they suck you in, in all the right places and make you (and you bum) look fabulous! This denim brand fuses together modern twists of raw hems, rips, chic distressing and details absolutely perfectly. They are my absolute favorite fit.

METALLIC SILVER BOOTIES:
To transition you effortlessly into spring, pair these ankle booties (silver boot for less found here) with a skirt or dress for date night or GNO! I’m obsessed with these boots and will wear them on repeat all year round because they’re just that good. Though they are a bit on the pricier side, I wear them so much that I know I get my money’s worth and think you would, too! They run true to size, I’m wearing an 8.
GUCCI MINI BAG:
One of my all-time favorite handbags is this Gucci mini bag (also found here & comes in tan here & white here & light grey here & red too & green too & gold here & silver here & lastly denim here too). I wear it all the time because it goes with everything and is good for any and every occasion. It might be an investment, but it’s a bag you’ll have for a long time! If you’re looking for something more budget-friendly, you can find a similar crossbody handbag less here in black & grey and a similar crossbody here for less as well.
