STREET EDIT FEATURING MODERN + SOUL SLIDES
Another ‘Street Edit’ with good friend Heather Anderson of SoHeather, and fellow Dallas Fashion Blogger featuring MODERN + SOUL slides. Heather and I were approached by the fun, sassy and gorgeous ladies of MODERN + SOUL about trying out their super comfortable slides. Being a blogger and constantly on our feet we were thrilled to give them a try. And I can honestly say I not only where them all over town but around my house as well, they’re that comfortable! You might also remember our last post where you will find us wearing matching black and white pumps. Plus don’t forget to head to the very bottom of the post because one lucky reader will win a $650 gift card to Amazon very soon.
These amazing ladies are good friends from their practice of yoga. This is where they decided to go into business together and create the MODERN + SOUL slides. The authentic trade of crafting these slides falls squarely into the city of Fez in Morocco. I am wearing the Slate Crocodile Slide in size 39 so they are TTS. From local tanneries that procure hides and organically dye leather, to local artisans who handcraft these slides, known as babouches. These footwear are sourced directly from artisans. They believe that by doing this they are helping to preserve time honored crafts passed down from generation to generation. And that one day in these amazingly beautiful soft leather shoes, and obsession is sure to follow. And I couldn’t agree more! Plus you GET 10% OFF with code ‘StreetStyle’.
My look includes my beautifully ruffled Leith Choker Ruffle Sleeve Top for the amazing price of only $59! It runs TTS I am wearing a size small. As well as my newest denim obsession the AG The Farrah High Waist Ankle Skinny Jeans (also found here & here in blue & similar for less here & here & here). They run true to size, I am wearing a size 26.. They are of course a high-rise denim and because of this they are so slimming and make my legs look super long. I also believe that the seam going down the front of the jeans also make you appear taller and thinner. Ever since I bought them I honestly cannot stop wearing them. They are super soft, comfortable and slimming and I just cannot get enough of the fab, frayed step-hem either.
My accessories include: the Prada Mini Curved Leather Crossbody Bag (similar for less here & here), Gucci Belt With Double G Buckle (similar for less), and lastly, my Dior So Real Round Brow Bar Sunglasses (similar for less here).
I hope that you enjoyed this post and I look forward to hearing any questions that you might have. Thanks as always for stopping by StreetStyleSquad today I truly thank and appreciate all of your support!
