Street Style Squad Launch Party at Canary
We launched the website, Street Style Squad, on February 25th and followed with a fabulous celebration at Merry Vose’s Canary in Dallas on Lovers Lane.
It was an amazing night for SSS. The warm reception that we received from our friends, family, and the Dallas community was more than we could have ever expected.
Flares Are Fab And Oh So Flattering For All
In my latest post for SSS I’m covering why flares are fab and oh so flattering for all. Not sure what to wear on Thanksgiving day, your next date night or GNO? Well then this post is for you! I for one do not get overly dressed up for Thanksgiving. Typically I wear jeans and something soft and comfy with it. These flared jeans are slightly stretchy (which is great for Thanksgiving lol), but not too much because I don’t like my jean to be too loose but rather hold everything in nicely. They pull and lift in all the right places and could not be any more flattering whether you’ve got a bootie or you don’t. If your one of those that do, then it lifts it. If you don’t have a bootie then they known to help create the illusion of one for you. And who doesn’t want or love that?

GRAND HYATT BAHA MAR BAHAMAS REVIEW +

I just returned from my Mother/Daughter Senior Spring Break trip from the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in the Bahamas. If you’re a regular here at SSS I think it’s pretty obvious that I love going to the beach or anywhere that’s warm for that matter. I’m excited to start focusing on my travels more and sharing them with each of you. Today I am happy to say that my five-night, six-day stay with my oldest daughter and her best friends from high school at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar was a total success. Originally we were going to travel to Cancun. But with some recent happenings in the news we all decided to look into other options since we weren’t going to be traveling with our husbands for this trip. Jamaica, Punta Cana and Costa Rica were close runner-ups but eventually the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar won the majority vote. The Baha Mar Resort is divided into three sections: the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar (where I stayed), the SLS Baha Mar, and the Rosewood Baha Mar will be opening June 2018. 2017 NEW YORK FASHION WEEK FIRST LOOK
Street Style Squad hits 2017 New York Fashion Week. This is one of my favorite times of year ever since I was a little girl. I remember always watching and being enamored with highlights from all the fashion shows for as long as I can remember. This was my second trip to NYFW, last year being my first as a fashion blogger. I just love traveling with my sweet dallas blogger friends to NYC and meeting so many bloggers while I’m there. We never get much rest during this week and we spend most of our time with meetings, shopping and of course drinks and dinner with all of our blogger friends that are also in town. The highlight of our trip was no doubt the amazing rooftop rewardStyle party on our last night in the big city. You might also remember my posts from last year here, and here.
